Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with litigating and settling consumer financial services litigation matters on behalf of financial institutions
- Manage day-to-day litigation and arbitration matters, including reviewing correspondence and pleadings, and reporting time-sensitive issues to the Partner in charge
- Supervise local counsel and oversee document review
- Draft pleadings and motions and prepare and respond to discovery requests
- Communicate with opposing counsel to enter into settlements and prepare client settlement recommendations and agreements
- May be required to make court appearances and attend arbitration hearings

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer protection, banking, or privacy law
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing membership in the local State bar
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable dealing with opposing counsel and multitasking

Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
- Anticipated salary range of $170,000 to $240,000, dependent upon experience and qualifications
