Job Title: State and Local Tax - Income Franchise - Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Work on multi-state income tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and optimizing tax positions for clients.
- Lead teams and manage client accounts with a focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff to enhance their professional growth.
- Maintain project success by upholding standards of quality and ensuring the successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects.
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success and play an important role in the growth and development of the business.
- Embrace technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage others to do the same.
- Address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and escalate where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Master's Degree in Taxation or Political Science is preferred.
- Knowledge of multi-state income tax planning and compliance.
- Experience in FAS 109 and unitary filing.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Skills in managing resource requirements and project workflow.
- Supervising teams and encouraging improvement and innovation.
- Ability to develop new relationships and sell new services.
- Familiarity with a CRM system.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $98,300 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
