Job Overview:

A leading . law firm with a nationally recognized private client and international estate planning practice is currently seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate attorney. This role focuses on high-net-worth individuals and multinational families requiring sophisticated cross-border planning. Location:

Duties:

  • Advise . and . high-net-worth individuals and multinational families on cross-border tax and estate planning matters

  • Design and implement wealth structures compliant with multijurisdictional tax and legal standards

  • Prepare planning involving:

    • Foreign trusts

    • Pre-immigration and expatriation strategies

    • Real estate acquisitions by . persons

    • . tax compliance for foreign financial interests (., foreign accounts, corporations, trusts)

  • Collaborate across internal practice groups including tax, corporate, and family office services

  • Address both tax and non-tax implications in structuring client plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of international estate planning experience for high-net-worth individuals

  • Strong background in cross-border tax planning

  • Familiarity with international compliance obligations (FATCA, FBAR, etc.)

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative problem-solving ability in high-stakes client scenarios

  • Membership in good standing in a . jurisdiction

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the jurisdiction of intended practice

Skills:

  • Excellent client advisory and relationship management skills

  • Detail-oriented drafting and strategic planning abilities

  • Team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
