Job Title: Specialized Tax Services - Research & Development Tax - Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.

- Mentor others effectively and use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen team members' expertise.
- Address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
