Responsibilities:

- Represent health care professionals and facilities in complex litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and other court proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies

Requirements:

- JD from accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Virginia
- 0-4 years of experience in complex litigation (more experienced lateral candidates also welcome to apply)
- Demonstrated top academic and professional accomplishments
- High energy and community engagement
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Interest in or experience with health care law and regulations
