Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the tax industry? Do you have a passion for helping clients maximize their tax savings? **Members Only** is seeking a Manager to join our rapidly expanding Tax Credits & Incentives Advisory (TCIA) practice. With over $20 million in annual revenue, our TCIA practice is a major contributor to our Strategic Tax Advisory services. As a Manager in this practice, you will have the opportunity to develop strategies and action plans to grow our TCIA practice, as well as work closely with our other TCIA and Strategic Financial Services (SFS) teams to provide a wide range of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies and action plans to grow **Members Only**'s TCIA practice
- Manage internal resources and work on IRC Section 41 Research credit engagements
- Identify assets for cost segregation and calculate the IRC Section 41 Research Credit
- Work with both local and national C/AM team members
- Collaborate with other TCIA and SFS teams on services such as Accounting Methods, Qualified Opportunity Zone Benefits, Energy Credits and Deductions, and State Credits and Incentives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, technology, or related field; CPA, MST, MAcc, LLM or JD required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in federal tax compliance or tax consulting services
- Experience with costing models utilizing excel pivot tables
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Preferred experience with accounting methods, such as uniform capitalization rules, tangible property regulations, and revenue recognition
