Insurance Coverage and Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage cases from inception through trial, including: drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing. Must have experience with both state and federal court proceedings. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, have excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills, and be able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner. Experience with disability insurance and/or managing e-discovery is a plus but not required. CA Bar admission is required.
