We are currently seeking current judicial clerks to join our antitrust practice group as associates in our . offices. This position is available in our Bay Area, New York, and Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and impressive credentials, and must be admitted to the bar in California, New York, and/or Washington, DC.

As an associate in Cleary's antitrust practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of antitrust matters, including civil and criminal litigation, government investigations, pre-merger notifications, state aid awards, and general counseling. You will also have the chance to participate in antitrust audits and compliance programs.

Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary for this position ranges from $225,000 to $420,000, depending on class year

Responsibilities:
- Work on all aspects of antitrust law
- Represent clients in civil and criminal antitrust litigation
- Assist with government investigations
- Provide pre-merger notification and substantive defense for transactions
- Advise on state aid awards
- Participate in general counseling, antitrust audits, and compliance programs

Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience
- Excellent credentials
- Admitted to the bar in California, New York, and/or Washington, DC
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
