As a Senior Litigation Counsel at the **Members Only**, you will work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide them with the best and most cost-effective solutions. This includes developing relationships with clients, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and representing them in court and negotiations.

We are looking for a highly motivated Attorney with exceptional skills in trial, negotiation, research, and communication. Our ideal candidate should also be knowledgeable, attentive, proactive, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

To be considered for this position, you must be licensed in North Carolina and have graduated from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record. First chair trial experience and experience in family law are also required. Some of the job duties for this position include advising clients on ongoing litigation and legal issues, researching details and evidence, interpreting case law, developing case strategies, and appearing in court. Additionally, you will be responsible for business development and meeting billable hour requirements.
