Summary:
**Members Only** is seeking a VP, Wealth Advisor to join our team. As a subsidiary of NFP Corp, we have access to extensive corporate resources and business partners, setting us apart from other independent registered investment advisory firms. In this role, you will use your deep financial expertise to craft tailored investment strategies that align with client aspirations and regulatory standards. You will lead the execution of sophisticated financial plans, nurturing enduring client relationships and collaborating with external experts. This position also offers the potential for leadership responsibilities and the ability to shape the future direction of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support other advisors in managing client engagements.
- Determine appropriate client allocations based on analysis of investment objectives, risk tolerance, net worth, income, and investment experience.
- Execute investment and planning activities such as rebalancing portfolios, tax loss harvesting, and charitable planning.
- Actively service client accounts by performing administrative tasks and responding to client requests.
- Assist with the development of client financial plans and present results and solutions.
- Monitor client investments and suggest changes as needed.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings and manage follow-up activities.
- Create proposals for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with clients' attorneys, accountants, and other professionals as needed.
- Pursue professional development opportunities and actively participate in training sessions and networking events.
Qualifications:
- CFP designation required.
- Minimum 5 years of wealth management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial planning software.
