Job Overview:
A Denver-based law firm is seeking a driven and detail-oriented attorney with a solid foundation in litigation to support its dynamic Labor & Employment team. This position offers hands-on involvement in multifaceted legal matters spanning employment disputes, wage and hour actions, class proceedings, and overlapping commercial or privacy-related litigation. The role is ideal for a legal professional eager to develop deep subject-matter expertise while working with notable clients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Handle administrative employment claims and single-plaintiff litigation

  • Support wage & hour cases, including representative and class actions

  • Assist in employment-related commercial and privacy litigation matters

  • Engage directly with clients and contribute to strategic case development

  • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal research

  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and potentially trials

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-functional teams across jurisdictions

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Colorado, in good standing

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience

  • Exposure to labor & employment disputes is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage assignments with autonomy

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to legal problem-solving

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Colorado Bar

Skills:

  • Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities

  • Research proficiency and command of litigation procedures

  • Strong time management and case-handling skills

  • Ability to work within a national practice structure and across practice groups

  • High level of professional integrity and client service orientation
