Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its team in Colorado. This position is ideal for a driven attorney with a strong foundation in litigation who is eager to contribute to complex legal matters. The role requires collaboration with senior attorneys, courtroom representation, and a high level of legal analysis.

Location:

• Denver, Colorado

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support commercial litigation cases

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

• Represent clients during court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

• Manage and prioritize a varied caseload efficiently

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-level litigation strategy

• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and judicial officers

• Participate in case planning and strategy sessions

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting

• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar

• Proven ability to manage tasks independently

• Strong judgment and the ability to make sound legal decisions

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable with direct client interaction and legal strategy development

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

• Excellent academic credentials preferred

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado Bar
