Associate Attorney - Litigation (Columbia SC) The candidate will be drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and briefs. Doing legal research. Communicating with clients and opposing parties to resolve/settle claims. Managing a diversified caseload from beginning to end. Providing timely reporting. Working closely with other attorneys at depositions and various court appearances. Should have 3 years of experience, preferably in litigation defense. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Ability to prioritize assignments and caseload. Experience with Westlaw, i-Manage and Juris Suite is a plus.
