Job Title: Finance Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Finance Associate Attorney will be part of the Banking and Financial Services division within the Denver office. The primary responsibilities include representing lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. This involves drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, other collateral documents, and closing documentation. The attorney will work closely with commercial banks, Farm Credit System institutions, community banks, private equity sponsors, family offices, and other nontraditional lenders, as well as public and private companies. The role requires a high level of collaboration and teamwork.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have 4-6 years of relevant experience in representing lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. A high level of academic achievement is necessary, along with significant law firm experience. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills are required. Candidates must possess an active license to practice law in Colorado or have the ability to waive into practice in the state.

Salary Information:
The associate compensation structure includes two components: a base salary and a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. The base salary is structured around an 1850 billable hour target, with the salary range for this role being $205,000 to $225,000.
