Job Title: Attorney-General Liability Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Attorney-General Liability Associate will join the General Liability practice group at a national law firm, working from either the Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco office. The responsibilities of this role include:

- Taking and defending depositions.
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
- Preparing for mediations and trials.
- Engaging in various stages of the litigation process.
- Collaborating with key client teams to deliver results.

The candidate is expected to write effectively, think strategically, and have experience in civil litigation areas such as product liability, general liability, and/or insurance defense.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must be admitted to practice law in California and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant legal areas. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil litigation, particularly in product liability, general liability, and/or insurance defense.

Salary Information:
The annualized salary range for this position is $110,000 to $165,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
