We offer a well-defined path to Partner, a very competitive pay-for-performance structure and generous benefits. ## Required Skills and Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience litigating Insurance Defense cases - Licensed in the state of California ## Responsibilities - Work closely with attorneys and Partners - Oversee overall case management - Develop and maintain strong relationships internally and with clientele - Maintain case files - Arrange and attend depositions - Negotiate settlements - Prepare pleadings, motions and briefs - Represent clients in court ## Compensation We offer a salary of between $90,000 and $140,000 per year for the Insurance Defense Attorney position.
