Duties:
Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in state and federal courts
Handle civil litigation matters including:
General liability
Premises liability
Construction defect claims
Professional liability
Insurance coverage disputes
Conduct depositions, prepare for hearings and trials
Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
Communicate with clients and maintain case strategy
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Active member of The Florida Bar in good standing
Strong skills in deposition practice, trial preparation, and hearings
Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Admitted to practice law in Florida (required)

Strong analytical and critical thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
