Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Legal Business Associate Senior Consultant to join our rapidly growing organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects involving corporate governance, legal entity simplification, and reviewing governance structures. As a part of Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting, Legal Business Services team, you will assist clients with all aspects of reporting and processes for business as usual, as well as triggering and regulatory events.

The Legal Entity Management team specifically focuses on corporate document assessments, annual compliance, and management of corporate data. Additionally, this team will be leading the review of governance structures, corporate changes, legal entity simplification, as well as central coordination combined with local, on-the-ground experience with jurisdictions around the world.

As a Senior Consultant in Legal Entity Management, your responsibilities will include enabling our clients' annual governance process, supporting the review of governance structures, assessments of corporate documents, and managing corporate data. You will have the opportunity to work directly with Deloitte Partners, Staff, and Associates on Legal Entity Management projects and engagements. Additionally, you will proactively identify and execute continuous service improvements through technology and process enhancements.

Some key responsibilities for this role include:

- Structuring, running, and playing an execution role in the delivery of our United States Legal Entity Management operate services
- Developing eminence and thought leadership materials in the field of Legal Entity Management and, more broadly, legal innovation
- Monitoring the performance of LEM engagement delivery teams
- Advising on proposals
- Advising, planning, and preparation for Board of Directors' and stockholders' meetings
- Assisting with formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities, including legal entity corporate compliance activities

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of relevant legal/legal entity management experience, corporate legal secretarial experience, or alternative legal service industry experience. A Bachelor's degree is also required. Additionally, experience with entity management lifecycle, legal technology, and Microsoft Office is preferred. You must also be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

One of the following active accreditations is required for this role: Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office, licensed Attorney (or foreign equivalent), Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, Procurement/Legal Procurement, SAS® Certified Data Scientist, Paralegal Certification, Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, DocuSign, iCertis, Onit Product Suite, Conga CLM, Agiloft, Sirion Labs, Kira, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer Passport, Mitratech Team Connect, TAP.

The wage range for this role takes into account various factors, such as skill sets, experience, and training, and the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The estimated range for this role is $95,900 - $203,060.
