Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.
- Lead efforts to develop new business opportunities and influence client outcomes.
- Manage and shape client engagements to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Mentor emerging leaders and foster a culture where technology and people excel together.
- Oversee various projects to maintain the firm's standards of quality and integrity.
- Drive business growth and set the strategic direction for client engagements.
- Promote technological advances and create an environment where people and technology thrive together.
- Identify gaps in the market and convert opportunities into successes for the company.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant fields.
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar is required.
- Preferred experience in Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, and Taxation.
- Experience providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Ability to research complex tax issues and reach valid conclusions.
- Experience reviewing US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Proven track record of leading staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Experience developing innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
