Job Title:
Executive Director Market Strategy

Job Responsibilities:
- Direct the market strategy area to support the markets in strategy development and delivery. This includes:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with line of business/plan and functional leadership to develop a multi-year market strategy across various lines of business such as Group, Individual, Medicare, and Medicaid. Support strategy development for key priority areas.
- Strategy Delivery: Work with line of business/plan and functional leadership to support execution against the multi-year market strategy and key priority areas.
- Executive Leadership Discussions: Lead the creation of content for executive leadership discussions to support decision-making and progress against market strategy.
- Board Support: Assist in creating content for quarterly Board of Directors meetings to highlight market strategy, progress, and areas where support is needed.
- Represent the Vice President on cross-divisional and corporate committees.
- Responsible for building, leading, and developing the market strategy team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness aligned with corporate values.
- Maintain and grow a set of cross-functional relationships, particularly at the senior and executive leadership levels, to achieve goals and outcomes.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree, Master’s Degree, or MBA with 15 years of general industry experience or 7 years of consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Robust knowledge and experience in strategy development, planning, and implementation.
- Ability to lead quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights, inform decision-making, and make recommendations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with minimal oversight.
- Robust experience in managing complex projects with minimal oversight.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to build strong connections and drive results.
- Advanced communication skills, including verbal, written, and visual, to effectively communicate with all levels, including senior executives.
- Experience in leading and proactively developing team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.
- Preferred:
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, MD, JD, or PhD.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, especially the health insurance sector.

Salary Information:
Compensation ranges from $187, to $348,, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, and location.
