Job Responsibilities:
The Summer Associate Program at the law firm serves as an essential part of recruiting outstanding associates and ensuring the future success of the firm. The program provides summer associates with the opportunity to work on multiple projects across various practice areas with different lawyers in . offices. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in trials, hearings, depositions, and negotiations under observation and assistance when possible.
- Participating in client meetings and closings.
- Undertaking substantive and challenging work assignments, including Pro Bono matters.
- Receiving mentoring from partners and associates.
- Contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Participating in writing skills training.
- Receiving guidance and detailed feedback on work product.
- Networking at various social events.
- Engaging in interactive training workshops, including M&A and deposition skills.
Education and Experience Information:
The law firm seeks applications from rising second-year law students who will graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. Preferred candidates are those with:
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Superior writing skills.
- Membership in Law Review, Journal, or Moot Court.

Salary Information:
The salary wage for the 2026 2L Summer Associate position is expected to be $4,327 per week.
