This opportunity is ideal for a recent law graduate or a junior attorney looking to gain hands-on experience across various civil litigation domains. Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation matters involving personal injury, premises liability, medical/dental malpractice, and general liability

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions

  • Prepare for and attend court appearances, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and complex legal strategies

  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

  • Manage caseload efficiently and maintain compliance with deadlines

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in insurance defense or related litigation

  • Ability to appear in court and handle hearings (in-person and virtual)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in legal research tools and practice management software

  • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada and/or California

Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral advocacy

  • Sound legal judgment and problem-solving ability

  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments with competing priorities

  • Technologically adept with legal platforms and remote collaboration tools

Job Location:
