Summary:

**Members Only**, a leading technology solutions provider for community banks and credit unions, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team. In this role, you will negotiate and draft agreements for customer-facing technology transactions. This is a remote position with a base salary range of $105-160k, depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and draft customer-facing technology transaction agreements
- Contribute to clause library and agreement template updates
- Lead negotiation sessions with customer's counsel
- Address legal issues in day-to-day operations
- Develop legal knowledge and skills in contract interpretation, negotiation, and client communication
- Develop specialization in specific areas of law
- Understand business operations of the company
- Handle routine legal matters independently
- Increase legal knowledge through education and industry publications

Requirements:

- Admitted to and in good standing with at least one state bar association
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in technology transactions
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Preferred Experience:

- In-house experience for a technology company
- Experience with data privacy and security terms in SaaS agreements
- Knowledge of financial services and fintech industry
- Experience advising on intellectual property, artificial intelligence, data privacy, and financial regulations
- Experience interacting with executive leaders and boards of directors
- Sales experience or supporting a sales organization
- Strong collaboration skills
- Drive to take ownership of projects and tasks
- Openness to adapting practice to changing business goals
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate complicated transactions
