Job Title: Immigration Summer Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with case analysis and drafting letters.
- Prepare investor and employment-based . immigration applications and petitions.
- Write memorandums on a variety of immigration issues.

Education and Experience Information:
- Position open to s.
- Excellent writing skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail is necessary.
- Demonstrated interest in immigration is preferred, though not required.
- Russian language fluency is preferred.

Salary Information:
- Pay: per hour.

The position is with a boutique immigration law firm that specializes in complex consular matters, federal court litigation, and investor/entrepreneur and business immigration. The firm focuses on various immigration categories, including EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5 green cards, as well as E-2/E-1, L-1, O-1, H1-B, TN, F-1, and B visas. The role is hybrid-remote, with the expectation of working in the office 2-3 times per week under the direction of the Managing Attorney.
