Law Firm Seeking Trust & Estates Litigation Associate in California
Job Summary:
Greenberg Traurig, a leading law firm, is seeking a Trust & Estates Litigation Associate with 2-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a broad range of litigation areas, including trust, estate, conservatorship, elder abuse, and fiduciary litigation. Prior law firm experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of litigation matters, including trust, estate, conservatorship, elder abuse, and fiduciary litigation
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent client service
- Manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards
Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience in litigation, preferably in trust and estate litigation
- Admission to the California bar
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Prior law firm experience is required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected pay range of $205,000-$365,000
- Actual pay adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law
- Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other benefits such as dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K
