- Partner with Vice President of Survivor Advocacy Services to maintain staff adherence to legal team systems and operations.
- Provide input to Vice President of Survivor Advocacy Services about agency systems and staff performance.
- Arrange for coverage of court appearances and attend relevant meetings.
- Carry a caseload of at least 5 legal cases.
- Attend training seminars and relevant community meetings.
- Serve as legal issues spokesperson and represent agency at job-related meetings.
- Assume other duties as assigned by Vice President of Survivor Advocacy Services and/or Chief Executive Officer.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Admission, or Limited Admission (as provided by Supreme Court, 2011) to Hawaii State Bar.
- Possess a law degree from an accredited law school.
- Insurable with no current Disciplinary Counsel complaints.
- Knowledgeable about domestic violence, family law, system procedures, and community resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.

- Familiarity with organizational models for specialized services to victims of domestic violence.
- Experience with staff operations and facilitating inter-agency relations.
