HybridAttorneys is seeking a highly experienced and driven Partner to join our dynamic and growing law firm in San Francisco, CA. As a Partner in our Employment Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to handle a wide-range of labor and employment matters for our cutting-edge clients. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney with a passion for employment law and a desire to work on sophisticated and interesting cases.
In this role, you will join a diverse practice group that focuses on single plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class litigation. You will have the support of a low turnover, collegial, and collaborative environment, as well as a robust benefits package and several annual bonus programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide-range of labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class litigation.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employment law matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and at administrative hearings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to effectively manage cases and provide excellent client service.
- Stay current on developments in labor and employment law and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Act as a mentor to junior attorneys and support their professional development.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
- 8+ years of experience in employment litigation, including experience with single plaintiff cases and wage & hour class litigation.
- Strong knowledge of federal and California employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships.
- Desire to mentor and support the professional development of junior attorneys.
