The **Members Only** is currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated attorneys to join our team as Children and Family Law Division Trial Attorneys. These positions are located throughout the state of Massachusetts and offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $122,163, commensurate with years of experience. As a Trial Attorney with CPCS, you will have the opportunity to represent children and parents in family regulation cases, including care and protection proceedings, children requiring assistance cases, actions to terminate parental rights, and other child custody proceedings. This is a full-time, regular position with an expected start date in September 2025.

We are looking for attorneys who are committed to providing zealous advocacy for indigent individuals and who have a strong interest in family law. Our attorneys are expected to travel throughout the state, so reliable transportation is necessary. Additionally, access to a personal computer with home internet access is required for remote work.

As a Trial Attorney with CPCS, your responsibilities will include interviewing adult and child clients, conducting legal research and writing, preparing for trials, and representing clients in court. We are looking for attorneys with strong interpersonal and analytical skills who can work independently and collaboratively. Trial experience in termination of parental rights cases is preferred, and foreign language skills are desirable.

To be eligible for this position, you must be eligible to practice law in Massachusetts. Recent law school graduates who are not yet admitted to the bar will be hired as paralegals with the understanding that they will be promoted to Trial Attorneys once admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
