**Members Only** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive growth within the law firm market. As the primary point of contact for key law firm clients, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored IP solutions that address their specific needs. Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key law firm accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand the use of **Members Only**’s products and services within existing accounts.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities within the law firm market.
- Understand the specific challenges and needs of law firms and provide tailored IP solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of **Members Only**’s offerings and how they can enhance their IP management processes.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling **Members Only**’s products and services.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for each key account.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- Stay updated on trends, challenges, and developments within the law firm market.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the legal or IP industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the law firm market and IP management processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
