Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions and examinations under oath.
• Provide opinions on liability, damages, and case valuation.
• Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in general commercial litigation is a plus.
• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Ability to travel for trials, hearings, and depositions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
