Job Title: Environmental/Toxic Tort Litigation Attorneys
Job Responsibilities:
Candidates in this role will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the Environmental/Toxic Tort Litigation Practice Group. Key duties include:
- Performing legal research to support case strategies.
- Drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and client correspondence.
- Attending court conferences and participating actively in legal proceedings.
- Handling investigations and discovery processes, including conducting depositions.
- Engaging in forward-facing client interactions and managing appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.
This role offers immediate, meaningful litigation experience, providing candidates with the opportunity to hit the ground running in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have two to five years of experience in legal practice, though all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. Essential qualifications include:

- A positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
- The ability to work productively both independently and in team environments.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice law in Missouri.
