Workers' Compensation Attorney The candidate's duties include: Manages cases from inception through trial. Communicates with clients, adjusters, medical professionals, opposing counsel, the Court, and your team in order to resolve cases efficiently and effectively. Investigates claims and gathers evidence. Documents injuries and expenses and reviews medical records. Drafts pleading, motions, and other legal documents; Negotiates settlements. Strategic thinking in order to zealously advocate for all clients. Manages personnel, including training, coaching, hiring, and discipline. Assists with training personnel. Requirements: Should be a Graduate of an accredited law school - Juris Doctorate; Must be Licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Bar; Advanced computer skills required; Preferred Education and Experience:3+ years of personal injury experience.
