The Law Firm is seeking highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associates to join our dynamic Litigation Department. We are looking for candidates with 3-8 years of experience, who have a strong interest in products liability and trial work. More senior candidates should have prior experience in these areas, and will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role within the department. Responsibilities:

- Manage and handle a variety of complex litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Participate in all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, trial exhibits, and jury selection
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff within the department

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located
- 3-8 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on products liability and trial work
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills for senior candidates

Salary Information:

- Expected base salary range: $260,000-$435,000
- Additional bonuses and benefits may be offered based on experience and performance
