Job Title: Financial Services Global Structuring - Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's legal entity information database, focusing on tax attributes.
- Lead teams and oversee client accounts, ensuring strategic planning and mentoring of junior staff.
- Assure project success and uphold exceptional standards while motivating and inspiring team members to deliver quality.
- Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations.
- Implement technology-enabled solutions for tax advisory, driving digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies.
- Develop new skills and act to resolve issues that prevent the team from working effectively.
- Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations, using multiple sources of information to develop solutions.
- Address sub-standard work and use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients, managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points while upholding the company's code of ethics and business conduct.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience is necessary.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or a Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation is preferred.
- Experience with private equity ownership structures and knowledge of . tax concepts and classifications is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and experience in automation and digitization are beneficial.
- Experience in building and utilizing client relationships, supervising teams for tax compliance, coaching staff with meaningful feedback, and developing new relationships and selling services is valuable.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $98,300 to $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
