About the Role:
- As Director of Corporate Counsel, you will be a key member of Invest Cloud's internal legal team, supporting the company's growth and success in the wealth technology industry.
- Your main responsibility will be to negotiate and draft sales contracts for Invest Cloud's products in the . and internationally, as well as providing support for other legal projects.
- You will report directly to the Associate General Counsel and work closely with other business stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft SaaS subscription and related agreements for the sale of Invest Cloud's products.
- Independently manage sales opportunities from start to close.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when working with other business stakeholders.
- Assist with other legal projects as needed.
- Conduct legal research and provide support as necessary.
Requirements:
- JD degree and active bar license in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience in legal practice, preferably at a recognized law firm or in-house.
- Extensive experience with SaaS subscription deals and working with sales teams.
- Knowledge of . data privacy laws and regulations, as well as international frameworks like GDPR.
- Familiarity with IP aspects of SaaS delivery models.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage relationships.
- Comfortable with complex legal issues.

The salary for this position will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data. It may also be adjusted based on the applicant's location. The expected salary range is $200,000-$250,000.
