With a focus on trademark, copyright, and other complex commercial litigation, this position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced attorneys to grow and advance their careers.

Our ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and other complex commercial litigation. Experience before the . Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Federal Trade Commission, and/or International Trade Commission is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar and possess excellent credentials.

In this role, you will have the chance to work on high-profile and challenging cases, collaborating with a team of talented attorneys and professionals. You will also have the opportunity to work in either our Palo Alto or San Francisco office, depending on your preference and fit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation cases, with a focus on trademark and copyright
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and pleadings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
- Appear in court and argue on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and professionals on cases

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and other complex commercial litigation
- Experience before the . Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Federal Trade Commission, and/or International Trade Commission preferred
- Admitted to the California bar
- Excellent academic credentials

Salary Information:
- Base salary for associate positions: $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year
