Job Title: Business Litigation and Liability Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle matters throughout California in general litigation, business litigation, and financial services.
- Independently manage cases, analyze and research complex legal issues.
- Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions.
- Manage document-intensive cases.
- Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial.
- Represent clients effectively, particularly in the financial industry, though this experience is not mandatory.
- Engage with clients and handle significant responsibilities on complex cases.
- Work collaboratively in a team-based environment to find creative legal solutions and advocate for clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must be licensed to practice law in California.
- Should possess at least one year of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or financial services litigation.
- Strong academic credentials are required.
- Experience in business, general liability, or financial services litigation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Entrepreneurial skills are a plus but not required.

Salary Information:
- The pay range is between $120,000-165,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Merit-based compensation is offered.
