Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Associate Attorney is responsible for a range of duties aimed at supporting the legal process and achieving favorable outcomes for clients. The core responsibilities include:
- Drafting pleadings such as complaints, motions, and oppositions.
- Preparing and reviewing discovery documents, including meet and confer letters and discovery motions.
- Arguing motion and opposition hearings both remotely and in court.
- Taking and defending depositions of percipient and expert witnesses.
- Preparing pre-trial documents and trial materials.
- Actively participating in trial proceedings.
- Strategically litigating cases by obtaining key evidence to develop case files.
- Drafting mediation briefs and attending mediations, with active participation in negotiating settlements.
- Communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed about case progress.
- Assisting in the management of litigation assistants and paralegals.
- Attending regular training sessions for professional development.

Education and Experience:
The position requires the following qualifications:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- 2-5 years of experience as an attorney in personal injury (PI) law.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- High motivation to learn and grow within the legal profession.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Resourcefulness and persistence in legal practice.

Salary Information:
The compensation for the Litigation Associate Attorney position includes:
- A salary range of $100,000 to $200,000, plus bonuses.
