Job Overview:

A prominent law firm is seeking highly qualified law school graduates and judicial clerks for associate positions across multiple . offices. Lateral candidates with experience in commercial litigation are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in handling discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, and managing document review. In-court experience is preferred, though not required. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a dynamic litigation practice with ample opportunities for growth.

Location:

• Las Vegas, NV

Duties:

• Manage discovery processes, including document review and production.
• Take and defend depositions in commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
• Assist in trial preparation, including case strategy and legal research.
• Participate in hearings, motions, and case management conferences.
• Provide support throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial litigation, including discovery, depositions, and document review.
• In-court experience is preferred but not required.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of your office of interest or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of your office of interest (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing discovery and document review.
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• In-court experience is a plus.
