Job Title: Litigation Associates

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in all aspects of litigation, including routine court appearances.
- Prepare and argue motions effectively.
- Conduct depositions and manage both routine and complex discovery and Electronic Stored Information (ESI).
- Prepare cases for mediation and/or trial, and participate in evidentiary hearings and trials.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft briefs and motions with precision.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must possess 2-5 years of litigation experience.
- Progressive experience in various aspects of litigation is required.
- Strong academic background is essential.
- Applicants should have excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- A valid license to practice law in California is mandatory.
- Familiarity with the California court system is required.

Salary Information:
- The base salary range for this position is between $192,000 and $210,000, with potential bonuses up to $40,000.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other legal factors.
