Job Title: Associate Attorney(s)
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
Experience: 3+ years in Commercial Litigation

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trials
- Conduct legal research and provide written and oral advice to clients
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend hearings and mediations
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on complex cases

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines
