- Interact with clients via email (primarily handled by legal assistant)
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume legal work (collections or foreclosure preferred)
- Comfortable with court appearances (short, routine hearings)
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in handling settlements and following up on filings
