Job Title: Spring Law Student Clerkship

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare Pro Per answers to unlawful detainer complaints and relevant motions.
- Represent tenant clients at hearings before the Oakland Rent Adjustment Program to contest rent increases and seek rent reductions for decreased housing services.
- Assist with the organization’s housing clinics.
