Law Firm is looking for a Real Estate Assistant to join our Charleston and Morgantown offices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of experience in the legal or real estate field. The Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Real Estate Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, such as deeds, leases, contracts, and closing documents
- Draft correspondence and other documents
- Maintain and update department databases
- Assist with research and document review
- Assist with the preparation of real estate closing documents
- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in the legal or real estate field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000/year
