- Increase cultural competencies and substantive legal knowledge to serve rural LGBTQ+ communities.
- Participate in sustained partnerships with rural community leaders, LGBTQ+ community centers, and other supportive organizations and agencies.
- Apply for sponsorship to external law foundation or law school fellowship programs, with the potential for longer-term employment with the organization upon successful completion.
