Job Title: Senior Counsel - Transactions and Marketing
Experience: 6+ years in commercial/transactional areas of contract drafting, negotiation and deal management

Intuit, a global financial technology platform, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Counsel to join their Legal team. This position is based in either Mountain View or San Diego, California, or Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on various . and global partnership transactions

Qualifications:
- . degree from an ABA accredited law school or equivalent
- Membership in good standing with at least one US State Bar
- 6+ years experience in commercial/transactional contract drafting and negotiation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
