Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned workstreams and develop deliverables for client engagements or internal business services projects
- Analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and uphold rigorous standards
- Build and nurture client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context
- Navigate complex situations and grow personal brand and technical knowledge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience in tax services
- CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and obtain CPA licensure, or Member of the Bar
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may also be considered
Salary Information:
- Salary range of $83,000 - $208,000
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
- Actual compensation within range dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and employment laws

Experience and Skills:
- Experience with assisting companies with tax impact in multiple jurisdictions
- Knowledge of corporate tax, including research, compliance, and consulting
- Previous experience in public accounting, law firm, or corporate tax department
- Familiarity with structural realignment and financial statement tax rate analysis
- Ability to identify and address client needs and build relationships
- Experience managing resource requirements and project workflow
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide meaningful feedback to team members
