Job Title:
ITTS - International Corporate Tax Advisory Staff 2 - FY26

Job Responsibilities:
As a member of the International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team, the primary responsibilities include:
- Serving as a member of multiple client engagement teams, participating in due diligence and structuring engagements related to transactions for private equity and strategic corporate clients.
- Performing due diligence projects to provide a thorough review of tax returns, legal documents, and financial statements needed to evaluate and calculate potential tax exposures.
- Reviewing, assessing, and advising clients regarding tax computations reflected in their financial models; assisting clients in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the tax data in their financial projections for the transaction.
- Developing relationships with clients and effectively teaming with internal resources.

Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- US CPA or membership of a US State bar is mandatory.
- Minimum of about 1 year of related tax experience is required.
- Preferred experience includes tax compliance experience preparing or reviewing business tax returns, tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning.
- Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment is essential.
- Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary, is expected.

Salary Information:
- The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $74,700 to $123,500.
- The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $89,800 to $140,400.
- Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
- The compensation package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

The Opportunity:
This position offers the chance to grow within the ever-evolving Transactions practice. The role involves taking on new skills and responsibilities as they arise, supported by dedicated mentors and training programs. The Transaction Tax practice assists clients in planning, executing, and integrating their transaction strategies, including deal structuring, due diligence, post-deal integration, internal restructuring, distressed debt and bankruptcy, tax attribute management and planning, and drafting opinions and IRS ruling requests.
