## EE or Computer Science Patent Attorney or Patent Agent

Law Firm is actively seeking an EE or Computer Science Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to join its growing team. This position offers high quality work, a collegial work environment, competitive compensation and benefits.

### Qualifications

* . Masters or . degrees are preferred, but not required.
* 2-4 years of experience drafting patent applications and assisting with drafting of opinions, as well as performing freedom-to-operate patent searches and literature searches.

### Responsibilities

* Work with partners and senior associates of the firm with regard to domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, researching and drafting legal opinions for clients, and patent office litigation matters.

Law Firm offers competitive compensation and benefits to the successful applicant. This is a full time in-office position, with the opportunity for hybrid work after six months to qualifying employees.
