The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of the target hiring range. The salary range for this position is $187,000 USD – $260,000 USD. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s incentive plans in addition to the base salary. The actual incentive amount will vary and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.

Job Responsibilities
The Director, Commercial Legal, will be responsible for overseeing and managing the legal aspects of the company's commercial operations. This includes providing legal guidance on commercial contracts, transactions, and policies. The director will ensure compliance with legal regulations and mitigate risks associated with commercial activities. Key responsibilities include:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
- Advising on legal issues related to commercial transactions.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Managing legal risks and developing strategies to minimize potential liabilities.
- Staying updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments and advising the company accordingly.
- Leading and mentoring a team of legal professionals within the department.
- Providing training and support to other departments on legal matters related to commercial operations.

Education and Experience Information
Candidates for the Director, Commercial Legal position should have a strong educational background in law, typically holding a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
